At Signs of Summer, we comply with Australian Consumer Law.
Please read the following carefully before requesting a return.
Change of Mind Returns
We may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion, subject to approval.
To be eligible:

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

The item must be unused and in original condition

The item must be returned in resellable condition

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense

The item must be received and inspected before approval
Approved change-of-mind returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is damaged, installed, altered, or not suitable for resale.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo evidence of:

The product

The packaging

Any visible damage

We will assess the claim and, where applicable, offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
We may require the item to be returned before issuing a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours with photo evidence and we will arrange a resolution.
Custom or Special Orders
Custom, made-to-order or personalised items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
