This website is operated by Signs of Summer. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Signs of Summer. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Online Store Terms

We design and manufacture pool safety and CPR signage in accordance with current Australian standards at the time of production.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure:

  • The correct sign type is selected for their property

  • The sign is installed in the correct location

  • Ongoing compliance with state or local regulations

We are not responsible for incorrect installation or misuse of signage.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time

  • Modify or discontinue products without notice

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

4. Orders & Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Fraud is suspected

  • Incorrect pricing has been displayed due to error

  • Stock is unavailable

If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery timeframes are provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by third-party carriers

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

Risk in the goods passes to you once delivered.

Custom or personalised items are not eligible for return unless faulty.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

  • Our liability is limited to the replacement of goods or refund of the purchase price.
